About the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme
The Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (“CIES”) is a migration programme offered by The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR Government”).
The scheme enables eligible persons to reside and pursue development in Hong Kong through capital investment in form of financial assets, but the programme was suspended in early 2015.
The HKSAR Government relaunched the New CIES in March 2024, which allows eligible persons to attain Hong Kong residency through the programme.
