In 1988, the company was founded as a brokerage firm in Hong Kong. As a licensed corporation regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) of Hong Kong, the company has been providing a broad range of investment & brokerage services, such as brokerage, corporate finance, and asset management. Over the years, a team of highly experienced professionals has been able to establish an all-round financial. In November 2023, the company was acquired by the Liechtenstein headquartered private bank BENDURA BANK AG (富地銀行) to strengthen its footprint in Hong Kong.
